TTDI  DEVELOPMENT  SDN.  BERHAD  TO ENBARK  ON  MORE  PROJECTS   BEFORE  LISTING

It was reported in the Star online, Home an Property  dated 28^th January 2008, that TTDI development Sdn Bhd is to launch several projects this year in its run-up to its proposed listing on Bursa Malaysia. The upcoming developments include the newly launched Platinum Park , TTDI Alam Impian, TTDI Kajang, The Valley in Ampang and the Laman Seri Business Park in Shah Alam.

TTDI Alam Impian comprises of 1,600 residential units and is slated to be launch later this year. The units would be prized around RM300,000.00 per unit, with the corner lots would be going for RM500,000.00.

TTDI Kajang , a 113 acre freehold residential development project, comprising of terrace  and semi-detected houses would also be launched later this year.

The Valley in Ampang is an up-market gated community project comprising of semi-detached houses priced at around RM2.5million per unit and bungalows that are priced between RM3million and RM4.5million.

The Laman Seri Business Park comprising of 46 units of four and five storey shop houses in section 13, Shah Alam are priced from RM2.6million

The company has actively increased its land bank in recent years, which is expected to sustain the company’s performance in the next 8 to 10 years.
