LBS Bina group Bhd plans to launch four medium and medium-high development projects in the Klang valley before the end of this year. In its flagship development of Bandar Saujana Putra, LBS will build 78 units of 3 storey and 5 storey shop offices with a gross development value (GDV) of RM71.5 million, 67 units of 2 storey link houses with build ups of 990 square feet and another 74 units with build ups of 1,400 square feet valued at a GDV of RM37.8 million, 41 units of 2 storey terraced houses with build ups of 1,200 square feet and GDV of RM11.3 million and 15 industrial lots with an average acreage of 1.38 acres and a GDV of RM78.7 million.
The Bandar Saujana township covers an area of approximately 820 acres. To date over 4,000 units of low and medium cost properties have been completed, since its launch in 2003, within an area of about 320 acres. When the township project is completed within the next three years, it will have more than 12,000 units of mixed development projects.
In Taman Tasik Puchong, LBS plans to launch a housing project comprising of 90 units of 2 storey link houses with a build up area of 1,200 square feet and 48 units of 1 storey cluster link houses with a total GDV of RM32.44 million.
In Taman Perindustrian Tasik Perdana, LBS will launch projects with a total GDV of RN90.4 million comprising of 40 units of 1 1/2 storey factory lots of 2,000 square feet, priced at RM500,000 upwards, 44 units of semi-dee factory lots priced at RM1 million upwards and another 16 industrial lots to be sold at above RM1.3 million.
Early next year LBS will be launching 22 units of Semi-dees in Carnation Park in Cameron Highlands with an estimated GDV of RM12.6 million.
