FABER  GROUP  TO  LAUNCH  SIX  PROJECTS  THIS  YEAR

Faber group is to launch six new projects this year with a total Gross Development Value of RM340 million. Three of the projects would be in its Laman Rimbunan project in Kepong where the Faber group would be launching semi-detached houses with build-up areas of between 3,700 square feet to 4,800 square feet, priced from RM1.1 million onwards. The terrace houses are priced from RM560,000 onwards with a build-up area of 3,033 square feet while the apartments are priced from RM120,000, with a build up area of 850 square feet. The 100.8 acre project is a joint venture with Metro Kajang berhad.

The Faber group has plans for two high end housing projects in Taman Danau Desa, which includes bungalows with build-up areas of between 4,454 square feet to 8,203 square feet and priced at RM2.8 million onwards and semi-detached houses with build-up areas of between 3,800 square feet and 4,000 square feet that are priced at RM1.4 million onwards. Adjacent to this project, the Faber group would be launching luxury condominiums that are priced at RM370,000 onwards.

The sixth project is the Taman Hill Top Perdana in Kota kinabalu. This project comprices of  semi-dees and bungalows with build-up area of between 2,973 square feet to 7,090 square feet with an average price of RM910,000 each
