EDUCATION TOWNSHIP TO TAKE SHAPE IN BANDAR SPRINGHILL, NEGRI SEMBILAN  

Property Developer West Synergy Sdn. Bhd. has signed a M.O.U. with University College Sedaya International to setup an “education township”, Bandar Springhill in Lukut, near Port Dickson. To be built in three phases on an area of 160 acre, the project will house the main campus and the medical faculty

The company would also launch  two development projects in Bandar Springhill this year. The first project with a gross development value of RM100 million comprises of 300 units of 1 and 2 storey bungalows priced from RM300,000 onwards. The second project with a gross development value of more than RM30 million comprise of 200 units of 2 storey terrace houses, priced from RM148,000 onwards. Company vice-president, Helen Ho remarked that when fully completed over the next 10 years, Bandar Springhill is expected to have over 20,000 units of residential and commercial properties
