SIME DARBY LAUNCHES GARNET IN PUTRA HEIGHTS

It was reported in the Sun daily that Sime Darby property recently launched a new housing project in Putra

Heights  comprising of 82 units of double storey link houses. The houses with a built-up area of between

2160 to 3440 square feet  are priced at between RM373.888 and RM705,888 and  will be completed by

January 2010.

Located on prime freehold land along Putra Avenue, the project offers a choice of four layout plans with

standard features including three air conditioner units, 11 feet high ceilings, eight feet high main entance

and concealed drainage. Corner and end-lot units have been enhanced further with six bedrooms, a

larger car pouch that is able to accommodate 3 cars and three – phase wiring.

Sime Darby property senior executive vice president, Datuk Abdul Wahab Maskan said that “the newly

completed Putra Point commercial centre and the completion of the new 65 million interchange at the

Elite Highway will certainly make Putra heights one of the prefered towmship in the Klang valley
